Zarni Fenu
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST, JUNIOR CLINIC PARTNER
B.Phty (Hons)
Zarni is in a leadership position at The Movement Team. She has six years of physiotherapy experience and has a passion for Sport and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Zarni has worked with numerous sporting teams across SEQ including working at Brisbane Roar alongside Yanek. Zarni is currently the assistant physiotherapist to Football Queensland’s Women’s Program as well as a physiotherapist for Football Australia.
Zarni’s special interests include:
– Sporting injuries
– Headaches and dizziness
– BPPV
She runs the Ladies Who Lift and Strong Mums exercise classes. Zarni looks forward to helping you achieve all your rehab dreams!
yanek pearce
CLINIC DIRECTOR AND CLINICAL LEAD

APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, MACP
Yanek is a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with 18 Years of Physiotherapy experience. Yanek has worked across high performance sporting environment in in the English Premier League (EPL), The A League and has worked within military rehab centres and private clinics.
Yanek is the Current QAS Women’s Football Head Physiotherapist and also works with the U23 Matildas as Head Physiotherapist.
Hannah Hegedus
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
B.Phty (Hons)
Hannah has a passion for sport and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Hannah has experience working with sporting teams and has worked closely with Souths Rugby Union, Marist College and Wests Rugby League. Hannah is not just passionate about helping athletes but also the wider community in providing individualised rehabilitation and injury prevention. Hannah strives to help people perform at their best, whether that be in sport, work or everyday life.
Hannah has a special interest in working with NDIS patients to help them through physical activity to build confidence, improve motor skills and improve strength to do more activities that are meaningful to them.
Hannah believes that every client should be treated individually to their own situation, using evidence-based treatment to deliver a management plan that provides the highest quality care.
Hannah runs the Girls Strength class and Mat Pilates Class. Hannah is excited to help you achieve your rehab goals!
Sarah Hunkin
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
B.Phty
Sarah Graduated from Griffith University and has since built a strong foundation in patient care within the public healthcare system. Her passion lies in providing personalised support to help individuals unlock their physical potential and achieve their personal goals.
Currently, Sarah is involved with Football Queensland’s Girls Academy and is part of the Sports Medicine Team for the Brisbane Roar ALW Squad. These roles have deepened her expertise in sports injury management and performance enhancement.
Sarah advocates for a holistic approach to physiotherapy, emphasizing on not only recovery but also education and prevention, enabling her clients to sustain their health and performance over time.
Melissa Pearce
WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
B.Phty (Hons)
Melissa has 17+ years of experience in Physiotherapy with a special interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has completed post graduate training in pelvic floor dysfunction and has worked in the public sector at the royal Brisbane Womens hospital gaining further expertise in this field. Melissa specialises in:
-Ante natal and post-natal musculoskeletal conditions
-Ante and post-natal exercise programs
She also specialises in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction including: — – Bladder and bowel concerns
– Prolapse
– Pelvic pain
– Sexual Dysfunction
– Pre and Post Operative Gynaecological Surgery
Kelsey Hartnett
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
B. Ex Phys
Kelsey undertook her studies at the Queensland University of Technology and has a passion for working with neurological and oncology related conditions. Kelsey is also passionate about athlete development and has experience working with The Brisbane Roar Football Academy as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist.
Outside of the clinic she thoroughly enjoys playing hockey and oztag. In her spare time you will find her racing an off-road buggy with her family all over Australia. Kelsey finds Exercise Physiology extremely rewarding and cannot wait to utilise exercise as a method to improve the quality of life and overall health outcomes of her clients.
Kelsey has recently completed a Cancer Professional Development Course through Exmed Australia.
Jesse Griffin
STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE COACH

Jesse has 7+ years of High Performance Coaching experience with Footballers and athletes. Jesse has elite level experience with Brisbane Roar and has completed his PhD studying elite female football player. Come and see Jesse for all of your Strength and Sporting Goals!

PRACTICE MANAGER
Sharn is our Practice Manager here at The Movement Team. She works hard to keep our team and clients satisfied. Sharn is also involved in the QLD Future Matilda’s program with Yanek and enjoys playing football when she is not working.
She has recently debuted for the Matilda’s Football Team and earned her cap playing against Mexico in America.
SOPHIE GREVELL
RECEPTIONIST
Sophie is our receptionist at The Movement Team. She is a Samford local, living with her family in Cedar Creek. Before being part of the team, she was a client of ours attending the Women’s High Performance Strength classes with Courtney and Jesse. Sophie is currently studying at the Queensland University of Technology to obtain a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing. You will see Sophie in the clinic assisting our Practice Manager, Sharn, and helping out with client enquires.
