Accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified allied health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise. Their exercise and lifestyle programs are for everyone, a healthy individual, suffering from chronic diseases, recovering from an injury or training as an elite athlete.

AEPs use an ‘Exercise is Medicine’ philosophy to provide treatment in the form of exercise.  Following an evidence-based biopsychosocial treatment model, they combine expert clinical exercise prescription with lifestyle modification exercise, individualised goal setting and personal support to empower you to reach your exercise goals.

The term Chronic Disease is an umbrella term that describes a group of conditions that have similar characteristics of being long-lasting and persistent in nature.

These conditions can be effectively managed with exercise to improve quality of life and better daily function.
