The Movement Team is proud to offer home visits to those requiring a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist in the Samford region.

Treatment may consist of home exercise programs or manual therapy. An initial assessment is required in the clinic prior to home visit appointments.

Ongoing rehabilitation and support from the comfort of your home will allow you to move better, feel better and get more out of life.
