We are looking for expressions of Interest for our newly extended program...
For young men of approximately 16-20 years of age.
The course aim is to improve gym confidence; technique; to learn by doing (we will train!).
The end goal is to improve ability and to get you to a point where you can so you can work out independently in a gym without being intimidated/embarrassed/risking injury.
Details: Times to be determined based on demand. 1hour weekly sessions in a small group. Spots are limited. $30 per session (health rebates and multi-buy payments apply). Led by Exercise Physiologist - Jarrod.
