Chari has 9 years of Physiotherapy experience, across 2 countries, has completed 2 post graduate degrees including a Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports) and works with the Queensland Academy of Sport and Queensland Rugby Union.

Jasleigh is a masters qualified physiotherapist with a previous degree in exercise physiology and massage therapy. Jasleigh also currently works with the Gold Coast Sun's covering the reserve and academy grades.

Isabelle is currently the 1st Team Physio for Samford Rangers. Isabelle has worked in private practice around Brisbane before finding her way to Samford and The Movement Team. Isabelle is a qualified pilates instructor and also has a huge passion for dance and all things movement.

Tim has 8 years of Physiotherapy experience and is an expert in Paediatric (Baby’s and Children’s) Physiotherapy. Tim’s the person to see if you have any concerns about your baby or child’s movement skills or development.

Josh Walker

Physiotherapy Assistant

Josh is a 3rd year physio student at ACU. Josh is also a sports trainer covering the Samford Rangers reserve team. You will see Josh at the clinic working with all of our therapists to compliment your care whilst at the clinic.

Dietician

Megan is passionate about challenging the way society approaches dieting. She has clinical interests in weight management, chronic disease, and eating behaviour. Megan also has experience in research and aged care.

Shane is a Samford resident with 20 years of Dietetic experience and expertise. At TMT Shane offers sports specific Dietetic input for those looking to optimise intake and performance.

Mel has 8 years of Physiotherapy experience with key areas of expertise in community based rehabilitation and care. Mel is co-ordinating our home visiting service for those in our community who find it hard to get to our centre.

Michael is a masters qualified Exercise Physiologist with 5 years of clinical experience. During this time he has successfully applied exercise protocols to treat neurological, metabolic and cardiopulmonary disease.

Massage Therapist

Leisha is a Remedial Massage Therapist with 15 years experience. Leisha has studied modalities including Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Oncology and Swedish Massage.

Move Smart for Kids - Cohort 3

Introducing children between the age of 8 and 13years to key movement and strength skills (plus super fun gym games!)

6 week course (2 x sessions per week).

Tuesdays 3:45-4:45pm, Saturdays 9-10am

Strong Girls - Cohort 2

Evidence-based training program to improvement performance and reduce injury risk for adolescent girls (aged 12-17 years).

8 week course (2x weeks of performance testing, 6x weeks of training).

Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm.

$200 (all sessions health rebate eligible retrospectively at end of course).

Strictly limited to 6 spots.

Kids Strength Squad Sessions

This new option is designed as an ongoing weekly strength and skills session for those children between the age of 8 and 14 years who have previously completed our Smart Moves course or who have had personalised Physiotherapy led strength programs previously with our team. 

Dates and Details: Wednesday afternoons 3:45-4:45pm.

Minimum purchase 4 session pass $90. 8 session pass $160. For use in the next 3 months. (health rebates retrospectively available via health fund). Bookings required.

Kids Running Skills and Strength Cours

6 week course (once weekly sessions) for 8 - 15 year old children specifically designed to improve running efficiency and strength. Not just for those who are already awesome runners… for those who would like to be faster, to run without pain, or improve their running pattern. 

Dates and Details: Saturday mornings: 8am-9am. Starting Saturday 16th July.

$140 for the 6 week course. Health rebates apply (retrospectively available via health fund)

'Kids-Style' Adults Exercise Sessions

Playful workout session! The cognitive and mental health benefits of being playful as an adult are very well documented. We are combining this with a Physiotherapy led (technique reviewed) exercise session. If you are brave enough, help us trial this new initiative and we will help you enjoy exercising more! We need at least 4 people to start this program (playing games by ones self is not very exciting!). Sessions will include both competitive and problem solving games and are suitable for any exercise level! Create your own training group if you would like!

Dates and Details: Starting 7am Saturday morning as soon as we have enough people signed up! 

4 week trial for $75pp - Health fund rebates eligible.
